Here are some great features of the ASUS Eee Pad Transformer:

Asus Eee Pad Transformer is built very well, the screen is precise, crisp and responsive. Text is clear at any brightness. It is an excellent device, especially considering its price.

Here’s what one of the owners had to say about the ASUS Eee Pad Transformer:

The tablet has been an excellent replacement to a NookColor. The BN app works flawlessly so I’m not losing any books or magazines I had before and have many more reading options as well (Google Books and others). The large screen is great, video is wonderful and battery life has been solid. The price is right too. I’ve also purchased the docking keyboard for times when I want to type a lot or want even more battery life.

My only frustration with the tablet was that many sites will render a mobile version so you have this small or non-Flash version to work with on the large screen. Some mobile versions of sites (like Seaworld com) won’t allow you to do things you can do on full versions (like buy passes). After searching “Honeycomb desktop browser”, I discovered how to change a setting to specify “Desktop” rather than “Tablet” or “Mobile” mode. Websites will often treat the Tablet mode as mobile so setting it to Desktop gives you the full experience. You have to go into debug mode on the browser to make this change. It would be nice if this setting was more obvious and in the core OS settings panel or part of the settings menu for the browser app, but it works nonetheless. (John R)

Here are some great features of the Toshiba Thrive Android Tablet :

Toshiba Thrive is very responsive and fast and it has beautiful graphics. Apps start fast and run well and videos are great. The ability to connect  USB and SD card directly is good. It is a perfect android tablet for someone who doesn’t want to give up the functionality of a laptop.

Here’s what one of the owners had to say about Toshiba Thrive Android Tablet

I am glad I waited on the Thrive. It has everything I wanted in a Tablet. I looked at the iPad2, Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, the Motorola Zoom and the HP Touchpad. They all had major shortcomings that I could not deal with. The Thrive has no shortcomings. It is the perfect sum of it’s parts. I love the full sized SD card slot and the full sized USB. I plugged my desktop and my old laptop into the Thrive and both were immediately recognized. It was a snap transferring files from both devices to my Thrive using the excellent built-in file manager. Toshiba finally got this Tablet thing right. I know that sounds like the commercial but it is true! (Clifton S)

Here are some great features of the Motorola Xoom Android Tablet :

Motorola Xoom tablet has really great battery even when running many programs at once. It has exceptional screen display with plenty of resolution, smooth responsive touch screen display and its screen size, weight, and overall usability are all better than any other tablet.

Here’s what one of the owners had to say about the MOTOROLA XOOM Android Tablet :

The device is sleek, sturdy, and fast. The screen is excellent and the overall resolution and brightness is excellent. I’ve owned some of the cheaper Android tablets with resistive touch screens and they aren’t worth anything.

If you’re like me and you take your iPhone or Android smartphone everywhere you go around the house, then you need to get a tablet. It’s truely is like having a large smartphone. I like how the browser can view full desktop web pages just like when you surf using your pc or mac.

Overall I wish I had purchased this a long time ago. It was the best deal for a 32GB wifi Android tablet. All the other competitors are at the same price or more expensive but with less onboard memory. (D Simon)
